Your requirements

We send you our Arrival Questionnaire to be filled out with your personal details and your criteria for your new home. Once received we contact you by phone to go over in detail your requirements and explain to you the different possibilities on the rental market : the price per square meter in the different areas.

Documents needed

In order to apply for the apartmetnyou haev chosen we send you a list of documents we need to have from you and your company.

In order to rent in Switzerland you need to earn at least 3 times (net of charges) the amount of the rent and not be under a probationary period. If not the owner can either refuse your application to rent or they will ask for some guarantees. 

More and more private owners are taking out an insurance for non-payment of rent.

Registration

Within 14 days after your arrival to Switzeland you have to be registered.

We will accomopany you personally or provide you with all nessesary information regarding this process.

Banking

We will assist you with the Information regarding the bank account opening in Switzerland.

You will require one in order to receive your monthly salary.

House hunting

The turnover on the rental market is very fast sometimes within 24 hours as there is a much bigger demand than offer We use all media and private sources to make a slection of the best available apartments on the market which fit as close as possible your criteria.

We accompany you to visit the apartments and houses chosen, providing impartial analysis. We give you information about the area, schools, public transport etc. 

Thea application must be submites as soon as possible. In order to have better results we always follow up applications of our clients.

Rental contract

We will check all the documetns you will receive from the managing company/landlord.

After you have signed the renatal contact and sent it back to the managing company other documetns will follow. It is regardin the deposit account and other information concerning the apartment /house you will rent. We will advise on that part as well.

We will accompany you at the day of the apartment/house hand-over. We will check the Protocol and the condition of the property.

We check the terms of the rental agreement and verify its legal validity. We then explain the terms to you and set up an appointment for the signature.

Health insurance

Health insurance is mandatory in Switzerland. We help you choose an appropriate insurance package.

The insurance broker will advise you on other types of insurance in Switzerland. For examply Liability insurance, whcih is not mandatory in Switzerland, but every one has it.

Schooling, doctors and more

We will prove you the information regarding local schooling system, international schools, medical services and more.
