Apartment and office cleaning

Price: CHF 39.50 - 46.50 per hour all inclusive. Depends on the apartment/office.

Our service includes all necessary insurance coverage in case of damage, including accident insurance for our cleaners

and liability insurance.

All social security benefits (AHV, IV, EO, ALV, GAV, BVG) are also included.

Travel expenses outside the Canton of Zurich are charged at CHF 0.87/km.

• Cleaning and maintenance of all common areas (residential and administrative areas)

• Dusting of surfaces, furniture, shelves, and electronics

• Vacuuming, floor cleaning (vacuuming, mopping, and, if necessary, cleaning of laminate, tiles, and parquet flooring)

• Bathroom cleaning (washing sinks, faucets, mirrors, toilets, showers/bathtubs)

• Kitchen cleaning (work surfaces, sink, appliance surfaces, floor)

• Emptying trash cans, replacing trash bags

• Cleaning glass surfaces (windowsills, doors, mirrors) as needed

• Hygienic cleaning of common areas (stairwells, hallways, elevators)

Price: CHF 38.50 per hour all inclusive

Final cleaning of the apartment upon move-out

Price: We offer both hourly rates and flat rates.

The price includes cleaning services during the move and a handover guarantee.

• Thorough cleaning of all rooms after move-out (living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, hallways)

• Removal of dust, dirt, and stains from surfaces, doors, windows, and baseboards

• Deep kitchen cleaning: interior cleaning of cabinets, oven, stove, range hood, refrigerator, and sink

• Cleaning of appliances and fixtures in the kitchen and bathroom

• Cleaning of sanitary facilities (sink, toilet, shower/bathtub) including descaling and thorough disinfection

• Floor cleaning: vacuuming and damp mopping/dusting, cleaning of tile grout if necessary

• Cleaning of doors, light switches, radiators, and window frames

• Interior window cleaning (if accessible) and thorough cleaning of window sills

• Waste disposal and, if necessary, cleaning of trash containers

• Final inspection and documentation of the cleaning results
